What is considered a user?
A user is any unique organization admin, facilitator, or member that has joined the app. You can consider a user to be 1:1 with an email address in your organization.
Do I pay for each group a user is in?
No. Once a user has joined your organization, you can have them in as many groups as you want. Facilitators, for example, may run 5 or 6 groups, but you will only pay once for their access to the app.
Why do you charge per user?
Due to the variation in group size and the cost of our video service, it's easier for us to price per user to cover our costs. We've also had feedback from customers who want more predictable pricing model so they can plan their business expenses more easily.
Can I upgrade just for myself, instead of upgrading everyone in the group?
Every member in your organization must be on the same plan.
How many groups can I have in my organization?
There is no limit on the number of groups you can have in your organization.
How many members can I have in each group?
At this time we support up to 10 members per group if you use our video conferencing. If you plan on using your own conferencing tool, there is no limit.
Can I use my own video conferecing services, such as Zoom or Skype?
Yes. When you schedule a new meeting, there is the option to add your own conferencing URL. The email notification and in-app scheduling cards will all include your link so members will be directed to the right place for your mastermind meeting.
What are my payment options: Credit card? Invoicing?
We accept credit cards through the app. For enterprise accounts with over 1,000 members, please contact us if you wish to set-up an alternative payment method.
Does Mastermind Manager store my credit card information?
No. We use Stripe and all our payment portals are implemented according to their specifications.
What happens if I want to add a new member in the middle of my billing cycle?
You can add new members to your organization at any time. You will be pro-rated the charge through the end of your billing cycle.
Can users pay for themselves?
Organization owners (the primary account holder) are required to pay for all of the users in their organizations. As our tool is primarily built for professional facilitators, there are usually fees associated with membership that are above and beyond the app service.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can contact us at any time to cancel your subscription. Your membership will stay active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We consider refunds on a case by case basis.
